DOMAIN Conversion Utility

  This program will read in a TCP/IP DOMAIN.TXT file and will produce an
output file (DOMAIN.NEW) in one of three formats:

(L)ong   Format - Fully qualified Hostnames (host.ampr.org.)
(S)hort  Format - Hostname only using the $origin command
(U)pdate Format - Short form suitable for submission to the Robot at UCSD.EDU

The program takes the name of the DOMAIN.TXT source file as a parameter.
