This is a version of Psiband-1.0.2 compiled for Win32 with 
graphics and sound support.
	I had to modify the savefile routine to pass an extra parameter 
to prevent the savefiles being opened readonly and the save failing,
and I removed a couple of DOS-only #includes, but apart from that the 
code and files are exactly as found in the p_src102.zip archive.
	No real testing has been done, but the program will run and 
save and reload files. The program was compiled with MS VCC++ 5.0
on NT 4.0, and also runs under Win95.
