Callbook for Windows v1.0

	This program was created to provide Amateur Radio hobbyists with a
Windows-based callsign database search tool.  This program will access
the identical flat files as the DOS-based program, CBLOOK, written by
VE3RD.  



Installation Instructions
-------------------------

1.      Copy callbook.exe to the directory containing the flat files
	ie: ve3data.txt, va3data.txt, etc..
2.      Copy vbrun300.dll to the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory
3.      Create an icon in Program Manager by:
	Selecting the appropriate GROUP with the mouse
	From the menu, select FILE, NEW, new program item
	Fill-in the full path and filename in the 'Command Line' section
	Fill-in the full path in the 'Working Directory' section
	Select OK

* when creating an icon in Program Manager, be sure to enter the full
path to callbook.exe in the 'Working Directory' section.  Callbook.exe
requires that this entry be made.
