Subject : ServicePak problems                                                   
                                                                                
PLEASE REMOVE ANY versions of the ServicePak if any are on your BBS's.          
We HAVE uncovered some SERIOUS problems that WILL be caused by this SP.         
This may result in a small percentage of the users being UNABLE to boot         
a system that has had the SP installed on it. Others may have serious           
problems RUNNING programs. A majority will have no problems, but let us         
be safe on this one please.                                                     
                                                                                
| Although the NEW SP, when released WILL be able to apply fixes to a           
| any machine that has had service applied with the old SP, please do           
| NOT distribute it, as ALL DISK IMAGES will be replaced and there will         
| be a name change to the diskettes as well. This will increase the risk        
| of people mixing sets if you release the old SP. Some people may only         
| get a few of the diskettes, or accidently mix them once they place a          
| label on it. Please instruct anyone who had D/L'ed a copy to destroy          
| ALL copies for safety.

  - Palette problems                                                            
  - PATH API problems                                                           
  - Uncontrolled SWAPPER.DAT growth                                             
  - Video Install problems                                                      
  - Communications Manager problems AFTER Install                               
  - Possible Time Stamp problems                                                
                                                                                
We are anticipating making a formal announce on the status of the SP            
| sometime today depending on the outcome of the investigation of the
