I am not anti-semitic.  <yuk><yuk><yuk> (couldn't resist: just came off
the rec.humor forum).

But seriously, do people have kite fights here in the States like they do
in Japan?  Also, is there a FAQ on kites, like the highest altitude flown,
heaviest kite, advantages of dual line kites over single line, box kites
over all other kites for loft in a light breeze, lighest kite, etc.
