I've just received a fax from the Tourism Authority in
Gujarat, India. They are hosting their 8th International
Festival in conjunction with the HUGE Ahmenabad kitefly.
The dates are January 12-16.

If anyone is interested, Gujarat is offering domestic 
hospitality - lodging, food, transportation. You have to
buy your own international air ticket.

It's a great adventure, with the whole population up on rooftops
flying Indian fighters. If anyone is interested, let me know
and I'll provide more details.
