Hi there,


I will write this article in English although it is primarily
aimed at the dutch kiteflyers. 

On some beaches in Holland it is not allowed to fly kites. Accidents
in the past made the local authorities decide that on their beaches 
it is not allowed to fly kites.

We want to make a list of these 'restricted' areas. Do you know any of
these area's or do you know a way to find out how we can get a list for 
that, please let me know. Please send your reactions to my private mailbox.
When there are requests for the list I will post it later.
