       USAGE

       DESCRIPTION

RRRRiiiinnnnccccrrrr enables you to modify the radial coordinates of an
image in such a way as to increase or decrease all such
radii by some constant integer increment. Such an
adjustment of radial data might be necessary or convenient,
for example, in order to compensate for some small constant
radial error due to digitizer calibration problems.

This function uses a single argument specifying the value
and sign of the correction to be applied.

_u_m Increment radius values by _u_m microns

The increment specified must be an integer value expressed
       in microns.

       Example: rrrriiiinnnnccccrrrr 1111222222225555

Increases each radius within the window by 1.225
       millimeters.
