Cloak region of artifact creation [885]

Usage: USE 885 <artifact> [aura]

Required aura:  one or more points
Required item:
Time to cast:   seven days

Inhibit the ability of another mage to learn the region in which
the specified magical artifact was created.  The artifact must
be in the inventory of the caster.

The more that is aura used, the more difficult it will be for
another mage to overcome the magical cloaking.

The default aura to use is one point.
Multiple casts of 885 on the same artifact are additive.
