The file assup207.exe contains the upgrade from Assist version 2.06 to Assist 
version 2.07.

Run the file from the program manager.

Assist 2.07 changes

1) Shareware now does not disable the send turn command until after 400 
actions

2) bug fix for command line game start up

3) bug fix for failure to correct identify the clip art sub directory
