   This directory contains informations  about  URSA  Astronomical 
   Associations and Finnish amateur astronomy.  The data is mainly
   in Finnish.  All files are standard  7-bit ASCII and you should  
   convert  them  to  your code system,  eg. IBM extended ASCII in 
   PCs.
