install and run Monnaie

- Monnaie.app
- Monnaie.aif
- Monnaie.hlp
- Monnaie

See changes.txt for changes from last versions.


Installation for new users:
===========================
- create a \System\Apps\Monnaie\ folder on the disk C:
  (if necessary, make the 'System' folder visible: press
  Menu from the System screen, then Tools, Preferences, and
  tick  "Show 'System' folder"...)
- copy the 4 files Monnaie.app, Monnaie.aif, Monnaie.hlp and
  Monnaie to the \System\Apps\Monnaie\ folder


Installation for users of a previous version:
=============================================
- copy the 3 files Monnaie.app, Monnaie.aif and Monnaie.hlp
  to the \System\Apps\Monnaie\ folder


Operation:
==========
Start Monnaie like any other application, from the Extras toolbar.
Key in an amount and tap a the currency on the list. That's all!
