Yes , I think this is a very good idea!
If you like I'll give you some safety-hints especially for flexifoils


it can be a problem to get a flexifoil airborn - it is just lying on
the ground like a wet bag!
I therfor builded a 'launch site' made of 5mm Fibre rods - now the
danger: depending on the color of the ground these take-off aides can
be nearly invisible! So I but some neon-colored nylon flags on top of them
and it has a good side-effect:  non kiting folks can see that there
is something special happening and won't walk through the lines!
(Distance Rods-> Me  >= linelength)
