       USAGE

       rrrrmmmmaaaaxxxx [_l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e]

       rrrrmmmmiiiinnnn [_l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e]

       DESCRIPTION

       The _E_c_h_o commands rrrrmmmmaaaaxxxx and rrrrmmmmiiiinnnn both search the entire range
       window of the image, longitude by longitude, to find the
       maximum or minimum radius respectively along each longitude.

       _l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e    Copy maximum or minimum radii to _l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e.

       In the case of rrrrmmmmaaaaxxxx, the maximum radius for each longitude
       is copied either to latitude 0 or to the specified _l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e.
       Similarly, in the rrrrmmmmiiiinnnn case, the minimum radius for each
       longitude of the current range is copied either to latitude
       255 or to the latitude specified by _l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e.

       The rrrrmmmmaaaaxxxx command is particularly useful for obtaining a
       suitably scaled plot of the maximum radius features of an
       image to be machined.  A right cylindrical piece of
       machining stock having a cross section slightly greater than
       the scaled plot should then enclose all features of the
       image.

       CAVEATS

       You should take steps to ensure that the destination
       _l_a_t_i_t_u_d_e for these commands are not inadvertently included
       in the working range window for subsequent operations such
       as machining since they will nearly always depart markedly
       from their neighbors.

       The defaults are apt to change in a future release.
