Welcome ro rec.radio.shortwave -archives at ftp.funet.fi! If you
haven't read the administrativia information, for example the /README
(the README file at the ftp's root directory), please do so. 

As the name says, these directories are mainly for shortwave
listening-oriented material. If you have some PD/shareware programs
that might help shortwave listening or any FREELY DISTRIBUTABLE texts
or info material, please upload them to the incoming directory. After
you have uploaded, please send us (dx-adm@ftp.funet.fi) an e-mail 
message where you tell what you have uploaded and state that the 
material is PD/sharevare/freely distributable. Thanks for your 
cooperation!
