It does contain one directly relevant anthology though (other authors writing with one of his characters). Most all of his works fit into this huge framework called the eternal champion cycle. For bibliographers, he has this nasty habit of revising editions without warning, and having an interlocking cast of characters that make the relationship between books impossible to simply show. I rather like him, his Sword & Sorcery particularly (the first 5 series listed). I never could get into the Jerry Cornelius stories, that particular prose style always sets my teeth on edge. [A] == Anthology. (A bunch of stories written by other people) [C] == Short Story Collection. [CP] == Chapbook (a very short book, or pamphlet).. [J] == The book is for juveniles (however you define them) [NSF] == Not SF [O] == Omnibus. Includes other books. aka == Also known by this other title. as == Originally published using this pen name /John arpa: JWenn.ESAE@Xerox.com bloodandsoulsforaroich-ly ---------------------------------------------------------------- Moorcock, Michael [John] [U.K., 18/12/1939- ] The Champion Eternal Cycle: [original editions] The Dreaming City [1972] The Stealer of Souls [1963] [C] The Sleeping Sorceress [1971] The Singing Citadel [1970] [C] Stormbringer [1965] [C] The Elric of Melnibone Series: [completely revised series] The Elric Saga Part I [1984] [O] Elric of Melnibone [1976] [aka "The Dreaming City"] The Sailor on the Seas of Fate [1976] [C] The Weird of the White Wolf [1977] [C] The Elric Saga Part II [1984] [O] The Vanishing Tower [1977] [C] The Bane of the Black Sword [1977] [C] Stormbringer [1977] [C] Elric at the End of Time [1984] [C] The Dorian Hawkmoon Books: The Rune Staff Series: The Jewel in the Skull [1967, 1977] The Mad God's Amulet [1968, 1977] [aka "The Sorcerer's Amulet"] The Sword of the Dawn [1968, 1977] The Runestaff [1969, 1977] [aka "The Secret of the Runestaff"] The Chronicles of Castle Brass [1985] [O] Count Brass [1973] The Champion of Garathorm [1973] The Quest for Tanelorn [1973] The Corum Series: The Swords Trilogy [1977] [O] [aka "The Swords of Corum Omnibus"] The Knight of The Swords [1971] The Queen of The Swords [1971] The King of The Swords [1971] The Chronicles of Corum [1978] [O] The Bull and the Spear [1973] The Oak and the Ram [1973] The Sword and the Stallion [1974] The John Daker Series: The Eternal Champion [1970, 1978] The Silver Warriors [1973] [aka "Phoenix in Obsidian"] The Dragon in the Sword [1986] The Dancers at the End of Time [O] [1983] [unconfirmed] An Alien Heat [1972] The Hollow Lands [1974] The End of All Songs [1976] Legends from the End of Time [1976] [C] Messiah at the End of Time [1978] [aka "The Transformation of Mavis Ming"] Warrior of Mars [1981] [O]: [as Edward P.
