It lets you cycle through video modes, adjust vert and horiz refresh rates,
move your aperature around, etc...
I'm not sure if it's included with RedHat, but if not, you can find it on

It's included in RH, AFAIK. Just use XF86Setup instead of xf86config, and it will run after you set the rest up.
