Short: Checks for OS version

AskVersion	This little program can be used to check whether you are run-
		ning under AmigaDOS 1.3 or AmigaDOS 2.04.  You can put it into
		your startup-sequence to execute a 1.3 bootup script.  This is
		version 0.01, public domain, includes source.
