                                     NOTES:
(1) As we will be in the midst of the Apostles Fast, fasting fare will
    be served
(2) children may sleep in room with parents at this reduced rate; bring
    sleeping bags- no linen will  be provided at this rate!  This rate
    includes the child's meals
(3) For those who wish to make alternate room arrangements, but wish to
    participate in the conference and meals

    We mainly want to know if you will be coming, for planning purposes.
